Staffing Manager
The Staffing Division of NOLL Human Resource Services has been the training ground for many Human Resource Professionals and has earned an excellent reputation in the community. NOLL is always looking for experienced recruiters and staffing professionals to join the NOLL team. To come on board as a Staffing Manager, you must have a minimum of one year as an agency staffing or recruiting account manager with business development experience. A degree is highly preferred. Pay can be structured on a base plus commission or full commission basis. Our experienced staffing managers are some of the most successful and highly compensated in the nation.

Recruiting Specialist
This is an entry-level professional position in the Staffing Division of NOLL Human Resource Services. As a Recruiting Specialist you will manage Application & Testing initially and move into interviewing, referencing and operational activities that prepare a candidate to be referred to a client. Extensive training and ongoing development fully prepare you for and support you in your position. Minimum requirements are a four-year degree and experience demonstrating the ability to positively serve customers.

Executive Recruiter
