Referral Program
Referral You will receive a $50 referral bonus for any new applicant you refer to NOLL who works 80 hours as a NOLL employee. The applicant must either bring this bill in at the first interview or you must inform us in writing, or by phone, of the person you are referring before they begin work with NOLL.

You will also receive a $50 referral bonus for any new company you refer to NOLL who employs a NOLL employee for at least 80 hours. The company must inform us by phone of the person that referred them to work with NOLL prior to the employee beginning work.
