Candidates There are three ways to work with NOLL STAFFING:
1. Temporary Employment
2. Temp-to-Hire Employment
3. Direct-Hire Employment
Temporary Employment
Temporary assignments enable you to work for NOLL from four hours a day to 40 or more hours weekly in a variety of organizations. We have opportunities available at various time schedules, durations and locations.

Once you complete the application process and we get to know you, you will be considered for all open assignments for which you are both qualified and interested.

Your recruiter will give you a brief job description of work available to you. You have the option to accept or reject the assignment. We hope you accept! You will then be given the exact location, to whom to report, time to report, and any special instructions. Then you are paid by NOLL on an hours-worked basis and will turn in your time either by time slip or other method specific to the company for which you work.

Temp-to-Hire Employment
Both clients and employees contract with NOLL in this flexible plan to make sure profiles are compatible. If you are placed in a temp-to-hire assignment, you are retained on the NOLL payroll for a predetermined time period, after which you are eligible to become employed by the client. This work situation allows you to gain experience with the client company prior to becoming a full-time employee.

Direct Hire
You will work closely with a recruiter who will get to know your skills and desires. They will arrange interviews for you with clients offering specific career opportunities on a regular employment basis. Once you are placed in a position under this arrangement, you are a regular employee of the company with which you have accepted employment. NOLL Business Staffing

TEMP-TO-HIRE OR CONTRACT HIRING is a cost effective option whereby you can observe a new employee's performance in the actual job at your company, and fully ASSESS their skills, prior to hiring them. NOLL Business Staffing remains the employer of record during the predetermined period and there is no obligation to hire the employee if they are not a fit for the position. If your company would like to hire the employee before the predetermined period has ended, you are invoiced a fee based upon the number of working days left in the period.

DIRECT HIRING is a service in which we use our knowledge of the business work community and employee availability to find the best person for permanent placement in your company. NOLL Business Staffing uses numerous sources and methods and puts them to work for you to identify, recruit, and refer only top performers with proven track records. Innovative companies are able to increase profitability and productivity by demanding the best, and they find it in a timely manner with NOLL. Once the hiring decision is confirmed, you are invoiced a service fee based on annual salary. This hire is of course backed up by our 60-90 day guarantee.
